OWNERSHIP & TRANSFER RULES (in NFT attribute metadata)

1. Inseparable Binding (Redeemed Shoes + Exclusive Box Only)

   This CERTIFICATE NFT is permanently linked to:

   • One (1) pair of physical SNEAKAR Hybrid Creatures footwear

   • One (1) exclusive physical shoe box with this CERTIFICATE printed on the exterior - both issued only via redemption of the original REDEEMABLE SHOES NFT.

   Ownership of redeemed items is valid only when NFT, shoes, and printed box are held together.

   Shoes or boxes purchased directly in USD are not linked to any NFT and are outside these rules.

2. Current Owner

   The WAX wallet holding this CERTIFICATE NFT is the legal owner of the redeemed shoes and exclusive printed box.

   Verify live status via NFT metadata on WAX.

3. Transfer Protocol

   - Transfer this CERTIFICATE NFT on WAX simultaneously with the physical redeemed shoes and exclusive printed box.

   - New owner must receive all three: NFT + shoes + printed box.

   - Seller’s Duty: When listing on secondary markets (e.g., AtomicHub), clearly state in the listing or post-sale memo that physical delivery of the redeemed shoes and exclusive printed box is required, including contact info, shipping instructions, or coordination details.

   - Both parties are responsible for safe, simultaneous transfer.

   - SNEAKAR and ConsumerBreak are not liable for failed physical transfers.

   - Ownership claims for redeemed items without this CERTIFICATE NFT are unenforceable.

4. Provenance

   Full ownership history is immutably recorded on-chain.

   Verify via Token ID and WAX Explorer.

5. Authenticity & Anti-Counterfeit (Redeemed Items Only)

   - This CERTIFICATE NFT is only issued upon user acceptance of the official trade offer for the REDEEMABLE SHOES NFT.

   - The REDEEMABLE SHOES NFT is held in the official custody wallet ric2q.c.wam for provenance tracking (no burn). This wallet also holds pre-redemption CERTIFICATE NFTs (minted but unclaimed).

   - Mint # of this CERTIFICATE NFT = Mint # of the original REDEEMABLE SHOES NFT.

     (Example: REDEEMABLE #3 → CERTIFICATE #3)

   - The exclusive physical shoe box includes a printed replica of this CERTIFICATE NFT on the exterior — serving as a tamper-evident, on-box copy of the deed.

   - Redemption Deadline: January 1, 2028. Unredeemed REDEEMABLE NFTs cannot generate a valid CERTIFICATE or claim physical items after this date.

   - Redeemed shoes or boxes without a matching CERTIFICATE NFT (digital + printed) = invalid ownership.

   - Counterfeits, separated items, or post-deadline claims for redeemed items are void.
